We receive referrals from many different sources including but not limited to:

other not-for-profit service providers
hospitals
medical practitioners
Occupational Therapists
fee-for-service providers
churches
When referring clients to our organisation the following information is essential:

full name
full address
telephone/contact numbers
date of birth
person in receipt of Australian Government pension/benefit or not
If the client is new to our service we will have to visit them in their own home to register them. We also require them to sign our privacy and consent form.
